解释了管理中"修辞"与"事实"的含义,分析了企业管理活动中修辞与事实不符的原因,论述了如何通过循证管理正确区分管理理论领域的修辞与事实,探讨了循证管理难以实施的原因,指出了实施循证管理的必要性。
This article explains the meaning of "rhetoric" and "fact" of management,analyzes the reason why "fact" does not accord with "rhetoric" in business management activities,elaborates how to correctly discriminate "rhetoric" and "fact" in management theory field by evidence-based management,discusses the reason why evidence-based management cannot be implemented easily,and points out the necessity to implement evidence-based management.
