摘要
肺结核是由结核杆菌引起的一种慢性消耗性传染病,严重危害人类健康,是我国重点控制的乙类传染性疾病。由于全球结核病形势持续恶化,结核病已经成为全球重要公共卫生问题和社会问题。肺结核患者大多数同时患有营养不良,结核病与营养之间存在着双向的关系,结核病患者病情越重,其营养状况就越差。本文从结核病患者的膳食营养原则、营养辅助治疗、适宜膳食和饮食禁忌等4个方面对肺结核患者的膳食辅助治疗进行阐述。
Tuberculosis is a kind of chronic wasting disease caused by tubercle bacillus.It threaten human health seriously and was ranked class B infectious diseases of key control in China.As the global tuberculosis situation continues to deteriorate,tuberculosis have become an important public health issues and social problems.Two-way relationship exist between tuberculosis and malnutrition,so the majority of tuberculosis patients also suffer from malnutrition.Diet and nutrition of tuberculosis patients were elaborated from four aspects of the principles of nutrition,nutrition adjuvant therapy,appropriate dietary and dietary restrictions.
