摘要
论证了企业R&D目标强度的存在性和判别标准,并指出其权变性和动态性.借鉴资本结构动态调整模型,构建了企业R&D目标强度动态调整的概念模型,最后分析了影响企业R&D目标强度的主要权变因素.
It demonstrates the existence of optimal intensity and its discrimination standards, and points out that the optimal intensity is contingent and dynamic. Referring to the capital structure dynamic adjustment model, it builds a dynamic adjustment model of optimal R&D intensity. Finally, it analyzes main contingent factors of optimal R&D intensity.
