制度对我国本土制造业企业自主创新的影响——来自中国微观企业的经验证据

Impact of Institution on Independent Innovation of Domestic Manufacturing Enterprises——An Empirical Study on Chinese Domestic Enterprises

分析了制度因素对中国本土制造业自主创新的影响机制,利用1999至2003年间中国本土制造业企业层面数据和Tobit模型,实证考察了制度因素差异对中国本土制造业企业自主创新的影响效应,为研判中国制造业企业自主创新提供了来自制度层面的解读.结果显示,在制度环境越是完善的省份内,本土企业的自主创新的能力和水平越高;进一步,从估算结果来看,无论是东部还是在中西部地区,制度因素都是影响本土制造业企业自主创新的重要因素.

On the base of Chinese manufacturing data from 1999 to 2003,it uses Tobit model and analyzes the effect of institutional differences on the domestic independent innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises which provides a micro perspective of institutional level to explain independent innovation.The results show that independent innovation capacity and strength would be stronger in the provinces with more improved institutional environments.Furthermore,from the results on the eastern coastal district and the midwest inland district,the institutional factors are important factors influencing independent innovation of domestic manufacturing enterprises in both the east and the midwest.
