要解决高校成果转化难的问题,应当从评价体系、项目源头和项目外部入手,形成有利于高校科技成果转化的评价机制和激励机制;构建有利于产学研结合的创新机制和科技成果转化的工作机制,建立一支高素质的管理人员队伍,有效地促进高校的科技成果向企业的转移.

The conversion of ST achievements of university is very difficult.In order to solve this problem,it puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of evaluation system,source,and outside of projects.It is necessary to form an evaluative mechanism and motivating mechanism to promote the conversion of ST achievements of university.An innovative mechanism should be established to promote the integration of industry-university-institutes A working mechanism and a team of high qualified management personnel should be established to effectively promote university to transfer ST achievements to enterprises.
