摘要 钛粉、氢化钛粉及其预合金粉是钛材加工的重要原料。综述了氢化制取钛粉末的研究现状,并分析了氢化制取钛粉末的主要工艺。氢化球磨法制粉具有操作简单、成本低等优点,但氧含量高是此法制粉的一大缺点。随着制粉工艺的发展,能够制备出低价优质的钛粉、氢化钛粉。制粉新工艺开发与应用也将极大推动钛材的发展。 For titanium processing, Ti powders, TiH2 powders and their pre-alloy powders are important raw materials. The research of preparation of titanium hydride powders was introduced in this article. The main process of hydro-genation preparation of titanium powders was also analyzed. Hydrogenation and ball milling technology are simple processes and low cost, but there is a major drawback of high oxygen content. With the development of hydrogenation process, comprehensive utilization of titanium resources, and using cheaper titanium raw materials, will make low-cost and high-quality titanium powders possible. Development and application of the new technology of preparation powders will greatly promote the development of titanium.
