火电施工企业因企业施工流动性大，各工程项目建设标准不同，工程施工管理人员变化大等特点，标准化活动的开展具有其鲜明的特色，与一般生产制造企业存在较大区别，这样一来也就对标准化活动产生种种的制约，故而，在火电施工企业标准化管理中确实存着在一定的难度。

The thermal power construction owns its special characteristics in the development of the stand- ardization action as the result of the high enterprise construction mobility, the different construction stand- ard of the various engineering projects and the high change rate of the project management people and has a comparable huge difference to the normal manufacturing companies. Therefore, the standardization ac- tion has been widely restricted. Consequently, there are certain difficulties in the thermal construction en- terprise standardization management.
