大剂量静脉注射免疫球蛋白治疗手足口病脑炎23例疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价大剂量静脉注射免疫球蛋白治疗手足口病脑炎的疗效。方法对46例手足口病脑炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。二组患者均予基础治疗;而观察组在基础治疗上加予免疫球蛋白治疗,在治疗后与对照组比较。结果观察组疗效优于对照组。结论免疫球蛋白治疗手足口病脑炎有显著疗效。 Objective To observe the effects of high dose intravenous immunoglobulins(IVIG)on hand-food-mouth encephalitis Methods 46 cases of children with hand-food-mouth encephalitis were divided into therapy group and control group randomly.Both groups were treated with basic treatments;while therapy group were treated with routine basic treatments and with high dose intravenous immunoglobulins(IVIG),compared the effects with control group after treatment.Results Effect of the therapy group is better than the control group.Conclusion The high dose intravenous immunoglobulins(IVIG)is a remarkably efficacious measure in the treatment for children with hand-food-mouth encephalitis.
