从国家与社会关系的视角,把"合法性"概念置于政治管理与政治统治相分的框架之内,对我国政治权威合法性进行析解,是一个基本的理论课题。基于政治权威与合法性的关系及意义,揭示社会转型过程中我国政治权威合法性之困境,指出根本出路在于国家政治权威合法性的制度创新。通过制度创新确立国家权力、国家行动能力和国家权威的限度,以期政治权威合法性得以重构。

From the perspective of the relationship between state and society,placing the concept of ＂legitimacy＂within the framework of the political management and political domination separation and analyzing China＇s legitimacy of political authority are a basic theoretical issue.Based on the relationship between political authority and legitimacy and its significance,the paper reveals the difficulties of China＇s legitimacy of political authority in the process of social transformation,thinks that the fundamental way lies in the system innovation of China＇s legitimacy of political authority.Through institutional innovation we should establish state power,national action capacity and the limitation of state authority in order to reconstruct the legitimacy of political authority.
