On the Function and Influence of the Intervention of Social Work in Rural Development

近些年来,社会工作者在云南、湘西和万载等地农村进行专业实践,开展专业服务。综合来看,社会工作在改善民生、探索乡村经济可持续发展、提升村民精神生活品质、增强社会团结等方面,对于乡村发展产生了积极的影响,也提出了新的课题。同时,农村社会工作的实践,助推了社会工作人才队伍的培养和社会工作研究水平的提升,从而有助于中国特色社会工作的建设。

In recent years,the social workers have carried on the professional practice and carried out professional service in the rural areas such as Yunnan,Western Hunan,Wanzai,etc.Taken together,the social work has had a positive impact on the rural development in such aspects as improving people＇s livelihood,exploring the sustainable development of rural economy,improving the quality of spiritual life,enhancing social cohesion,etc.,and also has raised new issues.In addition,the rural social work practice boosts the training of social work personnel and the increase of the research level of social work,thus contributes to the construction of social work with Chinese characteristics.
