摘要
盾构机刀头由多个电机共同驱动,控制电机的变频器必须保证负载能在多个电机之间平衡。同时,盾构机施工地点环境较差,环境温度高,粉尘污染严重。介绍了施耐德电气ATV71变频器及在盾构机刀盘驱动中的应用。描述了刀盘驱动对于电机控制的具体要求,并论述了如何利用ATV71内置的功能设计实现这些要求。同时,描述了如何合理设计变频器的控制机柜来适应盾构机的特殊使用环境。经过数个工程的实践,证明上述方法能很好地满足变频器在盾构机应用的要求。
The cutter head of tunnel boring machine is driven by multi motors.The AC drive of these motors must guarantee that the torque between different motors is well balanced.At the same time,the environment of tunnel boring machine is harsh,the temperature is high and there is heavy dust pollution.The application of ATV71 on cutter heard of tunnel boring machine was introduced.The requirements to the drive control of motor of the cutter head was described and discussed how to use the integrated function in ATV71 to design the appropriate drive control system to meet these requirements.At the same time,the question of how to design the panel to adapt the special environment in tunnel boring machine was also discussed.The practice of several projects prove that this solution can meet the requirement of tunnel boring machine.
