摘要
在分析电压源型低压变频器干扰产生机理的基础上,结合相关国际、国内标准中对低压变频器电磁兼容性(EMC)的规定和要求,将变频器使用环境分为两类,电气传动系统分成C1~C4 4个类别。并根据电压源型低压变频器的实际特性,研究在变频器设计时,如何在低频和高频范围两方面满足C3 EMC干扰发射限值,及其采取的主要措施。结合实验和实际产品分析研究了如何使变频器满足发射限值的方法。
Based on the analysis of disturbance generating mechanism of voltage-source low voltage converter,combined the regulations and requirements of related international and domestic standards on electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) of low voltage frequency converter,divide the application environments of converters into two classification,divide the power drives system into C1~C4 category.According to the characteristics of voltage-source low voltage converter,study on how to meet C3 EMC disturbance emission limits and main measures taken in low high frequency field during design.Combining the tests and real products,analyze how to make the converter meet the emission limits.
