摘要
电力电子装置内部有很多地的连接,如果处理不当会给系统的稳定运行和测量带来许多问题。以DSP为控制器,以智能功率模块IPM为开关器件的数字变频电源为例,分析了系统中主电路各个电源地的隔离原因、介绍了控制电路中各种电源地的连接方式和反馈回路中各传感器的隔离方式,从而有效地防止了系统中各个电源的短路危险和信号的相互干扰,可为电力电子设备的研发和维修提供参考。
Inside the power electronic devices,there are a lot of grounds connected,if not be handled properly,it would bring many problems to the stable operation and measurement of the system.The digital frequency power,whose micro-controller is DSP,swithing devices adopt intelligent power module was taken example to analyze the isolate reasons of the main circuit power′s grounds,introduce a variety of power grounds′s method of connection in the control circuit and each sensor′s method of isolation in the feedback loop.Thus effectively prevent the short-circuit risk of various powers and the signal interferences.It provides references for research and maintenance of power electronics equipment.
