摘要
激发学生的音乐审美需求,是实现音乐新课程标准基本价值目标之前提。但是,通过跟踪调查发现,音乐新课程标准在近10年的实施中,各级教育管理者及教师大都忽视了这一重要问题。另外,我国地区间、城乡间的发展水平差异大,符合音乐新课程标准的基础音乐教育师资之培养,成为目前亟待解决的关键问题。
To motivate students' music aesthetic needs is the precondition of realizing the basic value-objective under the new curriculum norm,however,it has been overlooked by education managers and teachers for almost ten years during the new norm was put into effect.In addition,to cultivate teachers who are qualified for musical education under the new curriculum norm will be aissue needing urgent solution.
