体验式教学法中教师角色转换与教学组织技巧——以广告学专业课程教学改革为例 被引量:1

摘要 体验式教学倡导互动的、创造性的开展学习,是学生回归学习主体的一种有效方式。笔者从体验式教学模式下教师的角色转换和教学组织技巧等方面进行分析,认为课程内容的整合与类型划分是体验式教学的基础;体验式教学中教师角色从"主讲人"转变为"主持人",学生角色从"听众"转变为"演员",体验式教学的课堂组织形式可以由辩论式、研讨式和情境模拟——角色扮演式等方式展开,同时也可以通过加强课程内容的外向程度,加大与业界的联系,把"专业人士进课堂"与"专业学生走出课堂"相结合等方式让学生体验最真实的工作内容和工作环境,以期能够为体验式教学的研究和有效开展做出有益的探讨。 Experiential teaching is an effective way for the students to become self-stimulated in learning since it advocates interaction,creative learning.The author believes the classification and integration of knowledge is the basis to adopt experiential teaching mode by analyzing the teachers' role conversion and the teaching organization.Under such mode,teacher's role is switched from a "speaker" to a "host",therefore,students' role is switched from the "audience" to "actors".The classroom teaching can be realized by the form of debating,seminar and role-playing.At the same,the course content can be highlightened by extenting outward,making a close connection with the fields concerned.Professionals are invited to the teaching and students are guided in the workshops are expected to be the effective way in taking experiential teaching mode in the specilized courses teaching.
