摘要
运用可编程逻辑器件FPGA和硬件描述语言Verilog HDL,构建了柴油机电控单体式喷油器(EUI)试验台控制系统,该系统喷油控制不同于传统的机械式喷油器试验台,控制精度高、参数易控可调,而且响应速度快、稳定性好、容易兼容扩展、结构简单,能够实现精确的EUI试验、检测。
A control system for driving coil of Electronic Unit Injector in diesel engine at test bed was constructed with programmable logic device FPGA and hardware description language Verilog HDL.Different from conventional machinery injector test bed,the new test bed was able to achieve EUI experiment and detection with high precision,adjusted parameters,fast response,good stability,easy compatibility,easy expansion and simple structure.
