摘要 针对以往零件和构件校核方法的弊端,采用疲劳分析校核的方法对摩托车车架进行强度校核。利用模态分析的方法验证有限元模型的准确性,利用运动学分析软件Motion得到车架的载荷谱,然后对车架进行静强度和疲劳强度分析,得到车架的疲劳寿命和安全系数,从而对结构提出改进意见。 Aiming at the disadvantages of checking method of parts and components for the past,the strength of the motorcycle frame was checked by fatigue analysis method.The method of modal analysis was used in this article to verify the accuracy of finite element model.Load spectrum was made by dynamic analysis software Motion.Static strength and fatigue strength of the motorcycle frame were analyzed to get the fatigue life and safety factor.
