Pros and Cons of Economic Sustainable Development in Chishui River Basin

赤水河属长江上游南岸一级支流,是目前国内唯一一条干流没有筑坝且污染较轻的河流,被称为长江上游的天然屏障。赤水河流域经济可持续发展既存在着许多有利条件又存在着诸多不利条件,在开发和利用赤水河流域中,必须本着"彰显优势,克服劣势"的原则,以实现其综合利用的最佳效益为目的,探讨其应对之策。

Chishui River,one of the tributaries in the upper stream of Yangze River,is the only one without dams and less pollution.There are pros and cons in the Economic sustainable development of Chishui River Basin.In the exploration and development,based on the principle of ＂ merits priority,setbacks avoided＂,it aims at optimal value of comprehensive development,while its countermeasures are considered.
