摘要 "情境竞赛"式教学法是以任务为中心设定多个教学情境,以竞赛式教学法贯穿项目始终并完成任务的一种教学方法,它融工作情境和技能竞赛为一体。以《餐饮服务与管理》实训课为例,分析了"情境竞赛"式教学法的优点与实施过程,旨在对其他实训类课程教学有所启发,促进实训教学水平的提高。 "Situation competition" teaching method establishes series of teaching situations based on task-centered and is carried out through the whole projects.It inosculates work situation and skills competition as a whole.The author illustrated by the case of "Food Service and Management" training course and analyzed the advantages of "Situation competition" teaching method and its implementation process,aiming at inspiring other training courses and promoting the implementation of the training courses.
