面向高职学生的《商务礼仪》课程教学改革研究 被引量:9

摘要 《商务礼仪》是讲授商务人员在商务活动中为了塑造良好的个人和组织形象而应当遵循的对交往对象表示尊敬与友好的规范或程序的课程。面对学习主动性和积极性不高的高职学生,《商务礼仪》课程应在原来的理论讲解加案例教学的旧教学模式基础上进行教学改革,以适应高等职业教育改革和发展的需要。在课程设计的理念与思路、教学内容的针对性与适用性、教学模式与教学方法的设计及课程的考核改革四大方面进行诸多探讨,有助于高等职业教育的改革和发展。 "Business Etiquette" is the teaching of business people in business activities in order to create a favorable image of individuals and organizations that should be followed to the contacts in that respect and friendship of the specification or program courses.For vocational students whose Initiative and enthusiasm in learning are not high,"Business Etiquette" course should be reformed based on the old approach of teaching which is focus on theory and case explain,to meet the needs of higher vocational education's reform and development.To contribute to higher vocational education reform and development,the article studies on course design concepts and ideas,the relevance and applicability of course content,design of teaching and teaching methods and curriculum's test reform.
