构建“师生成长共同体”的探索与实践

摘要 将高等职业教育置于终身教育的框架之中,充分认识教师和学生皆是未完成的处在成长状态的个体,努力发挥校企合作的优势,通过工学结合的方式,构建高职院校"师生成长共同体";以提升专业教师"双师"素质为突破,积极促进教师职业成长;以提高新生素质教育为抓手,全面落实"入学即入职"的职业素质教育,提高学生职业综合能力。 When placing higher vocational education in the framework of lifelong education, it is obvious that both teachers and students are in the state of unfinished individual growth. Consequently, it is argued that "Community of Growth for Teachers and Students" should be constructed by striving to make full use of the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation in way of combining work and study at vocational colleges; the professional growth of teachers should be promoted actively by enhancing the "Double Division Quality" of professional teachers as a breakthrough; the vocational education of ""Entering school equals starting a job" should be fulfilled by improving the quality of new students as starting point, in order to increase students’ comprehensive professional competence.
