高分子聚合物PLGE超声微泡的制备与体外显影研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:应用新型高分子聚合材料聚乳酸/羟基乙酸/聚乙二醇嵌段共聚物(PLGE)制备超声微泡并观察其体外显影效果。方法:采用复乳法(W/O/W)制备超声微泡,使用光镜和扫描电镜观察形态、测定微泡的粒径分布,通过体外溶液超声显影实验观察显影效果。结果:采用该法制备的超声微泡呈球形,粒径分布均匀,平均粒径1.75μm,体外显影效果好。结论:以PLGE为外壳材料,采用复乳法制备的微泡可以作为超声造影剂,为下一步载药研究提供基础。 Objective:To prepare the ultrasound microbubble by using bio-degradable copolymer PLA/GA/PEG(PLGE),and explore its effect of enhancing ultrasound imaging in vitro experiment.Methods:The multiple emulsion technique was required to prepare PLGA ultrasound microbubbles.Scanning electron microscope and light microscope were used to examine the surface morphology of microbubbles.The distribution of size was analyzed by using laser particle size analyzer.Then the effect of ultrasound imaging was observed.Results:The agent appeared uniformly spherical shape with smooth surface,a tight size distribution with the mean size of 1.75 μm,and a good effect of ultrasound imaging.Conclusion:The high molecular polymer PLGE ultrasound microbubble prepared by multiple emulsion technique can be used as the ultrasound contrast agent,which provided the foundation for further research of drug carrier.
