根据高职教师成长阶段,高职院校打造校本培训体系,构建青年教师成长平台,促进高职青年教师从入职上岗、职业规划与发展到专业化发展,全面提供增值平台,从而促进高职院校青年教师多途径、多方式成才,推动高职院校快速发展。

This article addresses how vocational colleges construct platform for growth of higher vocational young teachers through building school-based training system in accordance with growth stages of higher vocational teachers, to help them through reporting to duty, career planning and development, and professional progress. Value-added platform should be provided aiming at encouraging higher vocational young teachers to become talents in various ways for rapid development of vocational colleges.
