摘要
新烟碱类杀虫剂在哺乳动物与昆虫之间表现出良好的选择性.从新烟碱类杀虫剂结构与活性的关系、分子特性以及其与烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体的结合部位和亚结合部位的选择性阐释了其选择性机理.
Neonicotinoid insecticides exhibit high selective toxicity between mammals and insects.The mechanisms for selective action of neonicotinoid insecticides based on the structure-activity relationships,molecular feature of neonicotinoids,and its binding site and subsite specificity on nicotine acetylcholine receptors were expounded.
