摘要
从新乡、辉县等地采集20例有腹泻症状,疑似大肠杆菌病病猪的粪便,病料采集后经麦康凯、伊红美蓝分离培养,再经肉汤纯培养,后采用生化试验进行分离鉴定.试验结果表明,分离出10株细菌,其特征为:在麦康凯平板上有光滑圆形隆起的粉红色菌落生长,在伊红美兰平板上有黑色带金属光泽的圆形菌落生长,普通琼脂和血琼脂上为光滑、圆形、湿润无色菌落,镜检为革兰氏阴性短小杆菌.对这10株大肠杆菌进行血清型鉴定,结果表明有1个血清型O138.该试验为临床上预防,治疗大肠杆菌病提供了理论依据.
This experiment is suspected from a collection of 20 cases of diarrhea symptoms of E.coli disease in Xinxiang Huixian.Disease information collected after a MacConkey Agar,tetrabromo fluorescein methylene blue Agar isolated,cultured,then pure culture broth,then in biochemical tests.Test results showed that 10 isolated bacteria characterized in MacConkey Agar plate up lift a smooth circular pink colony growth,tetrabromofluorescein methylene blue Agar plate with a black shiny round metal colony growth,and blood agar for the smooth,round,humid colorless bacteria,microscopic examination of the Gram-negative bacilli short,experimental results.According to the results,identified as 10 E.coli.This 10 E.coli serotype identification,the results indicate a serotype O138.The clinical trial for the prevention and treatment of Escherichia coli to provide a theoretical basis.
