摘要
针对网络环境下高校图书馆文献资源建设中存在的问题,提出了应坚持为用而藏、以用定藏的原则,加强了图书馆质量控制。
Focused on the issues exiting in the university library document resource construction under the network environment,in this paper,the principles of storage for use and storage determined by use were proposed,and the quality control of library should be strengthened.
