Discussions on Property Evaluation of Shield Tail Grease

针对盾构施工的日益普及,盾尾密封油脂在盾构隧道建设中需求不断增大的背景,分析了盾尾油脂密封原理,概括了施工中所用盾尾油脂类型及其性能要求,研究了盾尾油脂的耐水压密封性、挥发性和泵送性测试方法,为进一步规范盾尾油脂性能评价标准提供了参考。

Based on the current situation, i.e. increasing popularity of shield tunnel and the increasing need for shield tail grease, the article analyses the theory of sealing with shield tail grease, making a summary of the classification and properties of shield tail grease used in tunnel construction, focusing on discussion of the properties trial of water proofing, volatility and transportation of the shield tail grease, which may provide a reference for standardization of the performance evaluation of shield tail grease.
