摘要
介绍了万宁2号特大桥上JQ900A架桥机和KSC900运梁车过桥施工方案,采用结构分析程序对主梁的结构受力进行分析,计算了不同工况下主梁顶板、底板的应力,计算分析结果表明:抗裂安全系数均大于1.1,最大弯矩处的截面强度安全系数大于2.2,过桥方案是合理可行的。
The bridge machine JQgOOA and the transporting girder vehicle KSC900 passing the Wanning 2nd super large bridge is introduced. The structural behavior is analyzed with Sap2000 and Midas/Civil, and the stress of the top and bottom flange of main beam is calculated. The calculation results show that, under every load condition, the anti-cracking safety factors are all lager than 1.1, and the strength safety factors at the maximum bending moment are all lager than 2.2, which indicates that the project is reasonable and feasible.
