摘要
克鼻敏方对豚鼠鼻炎模型实验结果 ,光镜下 2 ,4—二异氰酸甲苯酯 (TDI)致敏模型鼻粘膜上皮脱落伴鳞状化生 ,大量嗜酸及慢性炎性细胞浸润 (P <0 0 5 ) ,腺体增生明显 (P <0 0 0 5 )。克鼻敏组鼻粘膜上皮少见脱落 ,大部完整 ,或轻度鳞状上皮化生 ,上皮下少量嗜酸及慢性炎细胞浸润 ,其程度显著减轻 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,腺体增生也轻 (P <0 0 1)。电镜下克鼻敏组杯状细胞形态正常 ,分泌颗粒丰富 ,表面微绒毛排列整齐 ,其横断面可见典型的“9+2”结构 ,上皮下少见淋巴细胞浸润 。
The hypersensitive rhinitis model of guinea pig had been developed. Under light microscope, the nasal mucous of the blank group showed epithelial exfoliation, squamous metaplasia, a lot of eosinophil and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration. For the group with Kebimin spray, most nasal mucosa showed epithelial intact, with fewer exfoliation, squamose metaplasm, eosinophil and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration. Less obvious gland hyperplasia was also observed. Under electronic microscope, the nasal mucous of blank group showed obvious changes in the epithelial cells and goblet cells, with the cell volume decreased, the electronic density increased and karyoplasm. The endoplasmic reticulum showed cystic change, the mitochondrial swelled extremely, cell conjunction damaged and so on degradation changes. After using Kebimin spray, the nasal mucous showed normal goblet cells, rich secretive granule, normal arrangement of the cilia, less lymphocyte inflation and normal olfactory gland. The cross section of the cilia showed normal 9+2 structure.
