珍珠口疮冲剂治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Recurrent Mouth Ulcer with Zhenzhukouchuang Infusion

运用珍珠口疮冲剂治疗复发性口腔溃 90例 ,治愈 5 3例 ,显效 15例 ,有效 18例 ,总有效率95 6%。观察还表明该药较显著地延长口腔溃疡的发作期 ,安全性评价表明该药安全、无毒。该冲剂由珍珠、五倍子、苍术、甘草等药物组成 ,具有清热解毒 ,燥湿敛疮、生肌止痛的功效。

cases were observed clinically, among which 53 cases were cured, 15 effectual and 18 effective. The total effective rate was 95.6%. Observation also indicated the preparation could markedly prolong the routine period of mouth ulcer's onset. Safety evaluation showed it safe and non toxic. It is composed of Zhenzhu (Pearl powder), Wu Beizi (Chinese Gall), Cangzhu (Atractylodes Rhizome), Gancao (Licorice Root), et al., which has TCM functions in: clearing away heat and toxic materials, eliminating dampness and astringing aphtha, promoting tissue regeneration and alleviating pain .
