摘要 目的探讨ARF蛋白与脑胶质瘤发生、发展及细胞生物学特性的关系,为脑胶质瘤发病机理及基因治疗提供新的思路。方法选取108例不同级别的脑胶质瘤标本,用免疫组化法检测ARF蛋白表达的改变。结果 ARF蛋白缺失率在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级为15.0%,Ⅲ级为27.1%,Ⅳ级为40.0%,ARF蛋白缺失率随脑胶质瘤恶性程度增高呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论 ARF蛋白异常可导致细胞周期调控失常及细胞增殖活性升高而促进脑胶质瘤的恶性演进。 Objective To detect the correlation of ARF protein and the accidence,progress and features of gliomas in order to provide a new idea about the genesis and genetic treatment of gliomas.Method 108 cases of brain gliomas specimen were divided into different grades and were detected by immunohistochemisty.Results The negative expressive rate of ARF protein was 15.0% in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ,27.1% in grade Ⅲ,40.0% in grade Ⅳ;these deletion rates were related to the could of malignant grade of brain glioma significantly(P0.05).Conclusons The abnormity of ARF protein cause the disorder of cell cycle modulation and the increase of cellular proliferation activity.It is an important factor to influence the biological character of brain glioma.
