化学抑尘剂在金属矿山的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 非煤矿山粉尘主要来源于开采工艺等方面,利用抑尘剂除尘是矿山粉尘治理的重要手段。该抑尘剂由吸湿剂、表面活性剂等组成[1]。在对比几种吸湿剂、表面活性剂兼容性过程中优化。在道路碾压现场试验过程中,喷洒添加了抑尘剂配方溶液的粉尘含水率明显高于只喷洒清水的粉尘含水率,且保湿时间更长。在碎矿站试验中喷洒了抑尘剂溶液,空气中粉尘颗粒明显减少,粒径dp<20μm的粉尘得到了控制,除尘率得以大幅度提高,取得了很好的抑尘效果。 The dust of non-coal mine mainly comes from the mining technology.In such areas,using dust suppressants is an important means to control dust.The dust suppressants agent consists of hygroscopic agent,surfactant components[1].In contrast to several hygroscopic agents,surface-active agent optimizes compatibility of the process.During the field experiment of rolling on the road,spraying dust suppressants added to the solution formulations,the moisture content of the dust was significantly higher than the dust with water spray only,and moisturizing time longer.Spraying dust suppressants solution in the crushing station experiment,dust particles in the air decreased,the dust of particle size dp20 μm was brought under control,dust removal rate can be greatly improved.It has achieved a very good effect in dust suppression.
