摘要
介绍了华北油田分公司第三采油厂创新工程监督管理模式的主要内容及做法,分析了产生的效果,对目前中国石油各企业推行和深化精细管理具有借鉴意义。
The paper introduces the main content and methods of innovating the management mode of engineering supervision in the Third Oil Production Factory of Huabei Oilfields,and then analyzes its effect.This research is very useful for enterprises of CNPC to promote and deepen the fine management.
