摘要
用项目管理的理论和方法对培训项目按照策划、计划、组织实施与评估4个环节进行了全面分析和描述,对于提高技能培训和取证培训水平,推动培训项目的科学规范化管理具有重要的参考价值。
According to the theory and methods of project management,the training programs are analyzed and described from four aspects like planning,plan,implementation and assessment.This study has an important value for reference to improve the training of technology and certification,as well as to promote the scientific and standard management of training programs.
