摘要
介绍了鲁布革水电站工程的概况、与传统自营制管理体制的区别、所引发的中国工程行业变革等后续效应,研究结果表明:鲁布革水电站工程的实践,启发我们在大型工程项目建设,特别是在石油勘探开发工程项目建设中,要采用先进的工程项目管理体制。
This paper introduces the general state of the Lubuge hydropower station project,the difference between this project and traditional self-management system,as well as the caused after-effect like the innovation of China engineering industry.The study indicates that the practice of Lubuge hydropower station project has enlightened us on the adoption of advanced management system of engineering projects in the construction of our large engineering project,especially in the construction of petroleum exploration and development engineering project.
