从钻井工程项目甲方监督管理的角度,介绍了位于新疆维吾尔自治区叶城县乌夏巴西乡喀帕村西北处的柯深103井的钻探管理情况,对如何加强钻井工程业主监督管理,发挥日费制钻井管理模式的优势做了有益的探讨。
From the angle of the responsible party＇s supervision management for drilling engineering project,the paper introduces the drilling management circumstance of Keshen 103 well,which is located at the northwest of Kapa village,Wuxiabaxi township,Yecheng county,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Then an effective discussion is carried out about how to strengthen the proprietor＇s supervision management for drilling projects and develop the advantages of daily cost system for drilling management.
