中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭44例

Management of Congestive Heart Failure with Combined TCM and WM,a Report of 44Cases

采用静脉滴注参附黄芪注射液配合口服葶苈母丹茯苓汤及小剂量地高辛等治疗充血性心力衰竭44例 ,并与单纯用西药治疗 44例进行对照。结果 :治疗组显效 38例 ,有效 4例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为95 .5 % ;对照组显效 16例 ,有效 16例 ,无效 12例 ,总有效率为 72 .7%。两组比较有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0

cases of congestive heart failure were treated with Shengfu H uangqi Injection(参附 黄芪注射液 ) and Tingli Mudan Fuling Decoction (葶苈母丹茯苓汤 ) ,complemented with small dosage of Digoxin.The44cases treated only with WM were set up as the control group.Result:In the treatment group,38cases were markedly effective,4 effective,2 ineffective and the total effective rate was95 .6% .While in the control group,it respec- tively was 16,16,12 ,73.9% .The difference be- tween the two groups was significant ( P<0 .0 5 ) .
