摘要
目的比较心脏肌钙蛋白-T(cTn-T)和心肌酶谱(ME)在心肌挫伤(CC)中的诊断价值。方法采用兔钝性胸部创伤模型,造成中度至重度CC,分别在伤前、伤后4小时、8小时和24小时抽血测定血清cTn-T和ME含量。结果伤后4小时,血清cTn-T和ME含量明显升高(P<0.01),持续至伤后24小时。其中cTn-T在伤后24小时升高最为明显,ME有所下降,但仍然明显高于伤前(P<0.01)。结论cTn-T和ME对CC的早期诊断均有意义,但CTn—T的敏感性更高,持续时间更长。
Objective To observe the changes of the contents of the cardiac troponin - T(cTn - T) and myocardial enzymes (ME) in serum and to assess their diagnostic value in cardiac contusion(CC) after blunt chest trauma (BCT). Methods The rabbit model of BCT was used for the determination of the cTn- T and ME contents pre- trauma and 4h, 8h, and 24h after BCT. Results The contents of the cTn - T and ME wer remarkably increased 4~24 hours after BCT(P<0.01). The content of cTn - T reached its peak at 24 hours after BCT, and the contents of ME were slightly decreased at 24 hours after BCT, but it was also highter than that in pre - trauma (P< 0. 01). Conclusion It is helpful for dignosis of CC after ar to measure the changes of cTn - T and ME contents in serumm. The cTn - T is much beter and more hypersensitive for diagnosis than ME in CC after BCT, and the duration of the cTn - T is longer.
