高校教师人格问题的现状及对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Personality Problems of College Teachers

阐述了心理人格在高校教师专业化过程中的重要作用,梳理了当前高校教师心理人格问题的现状,并分析其产生的社会和组织背景。提出了从社会层面——改革高等教育管理体制,组织层面——改进完善高校管理制度,个体层面——重视教师人格自我塑造等3个维度改善和促进高校教师人格问题解决的对策。

This paper was designed to illustrate the importance of psychological personality in the process of specialization of college teachers,sorted out the current situation of psychological personality problems of present college teachers and analyzed social and organizational background of these problems.Three aspects are mentioned to improve and promote policies of resolving personality problems of college teachers,including reforming higher education management system from social aspect,improving college management system from organizational aspect,and emphasizing self-building of teachers＇ personalities from personal aspect.
