肺癌患者不同舌苔类型菌群结构分析

Analysis of the Microorganisms of Bacterial Communities Among Lung Cancer Patients with Different TCM Tongue Coatings

中医舌苔类型是中医诊断重要组成部分,中医舌苔形成机制复杂,其中舌苔菌群结构是影响舌苔形成的重要影响因素.该项研究收集肺癌病人不同舌苔类型样本,采用变性梯度凝胶电泳技术进行分子生物学分析,结果发现相同舌苔类型的不同样本之间有较高的相似性,提示舌苔类型与菌群结构相关,分析与鉴定菌群的组成可促进中医诊断标准化.

The checkup of the type of tongue coatings is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） diagnosis and the microorganisms take a significant role in the formation of tongue coatings.In the present study some different tongue coatings samples of lung cancer patients were collected for molecular analysis through PCR-based DGGE.The result of DGGE showed that different samples of the same type of tongue coating exhibited a high degree of similarity,which indicated that tongue coating type was related with the microorganisms.Analysis and identification of the component of microorganisms can promote the standardization of TCM diagnosis.
