摘要
初步假设煤炭企业跨区域扩张的风险因素,在对专家意见统计分析的基础上,整理出社会环境、建设环境、公共关系多个外部因素以及决策风险、技术装备、安全风险、人力资源等9个内部因素。通过构建ISM结构模型,表明这些风险因素具有较明显的系统性和层次性。提出煤炭企业在跨区域扩张过程中应着重提升扩张决策能力、外部沟通能力、本地化适应能力和技术能力,以防范扩张风险。
By making initial hypotheses about the risk factors of coal enterprises＇ trans regional expansion and sum marizing experts＇advice, the author analyses many external factors like social environment risk, construction envi ronment risk and public relation risk, and nine internal factors including decision-making risk and technical equip ment risk. Interpretative structural modeling （ISM） shows that these risks are systematic. To take precautions a gainst these risks, coal enterprises should improve decision ability, external communication ability, local adaptive a bility and technical capacity.
