陕甘宁边区时期,为了巩固政权,动员广大的乡村民众,边区政府采取了一系列措施加强基层干部教育,这些措施既有思想政治方面的教育,又有实际工作中的教育指导。通过教育,边区基层干部的政治觉悟和工作能力大大提高,有效完成了基层政权的任务,维护了边区政治上的稳定和巩固。

In order to consolidate the political power and motivate the country people,the local government in the border region adopted a series of measures to strengthen the grass-roots cadres＇ education.These measures included not only the education of ideology and politics but also the education of practical work.Through education,their political consciousness and working capability had been greatly enhanced so that they had fulfilled the task of the political power at the grass-roots level and maintained the political stability and consolidation in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region
