摘要
对西安市课改的调查与分析结果表明,新课程理念已得到各层次参与者的基本认同,并正在转化为常态的教学与学习行为,教育素质基本符合课改要求,但是课改新增课程及校本课程开发的教师在乡村基层学校较缺乏。
Curriculum reform in Xi'an has been studied and analyzed.The results show that the new teaching concepts have been acknowledged by most teachers at different levels and they are changing into teacher's normal teaching and learning practice.The teachers quality can meet the requirements of curriculum,but this is not the case in the countryside.
