西安市小学生家庭功能现状调查及对策建议

Survey of Present Situation of Family Function among Pupils in Xi'an and Countermeasures

家庭功能是家庭系统中家庭成员之间情感联系、家庭规则、家庭沟通以及应对外部事件的有效性。家庭功能现状为平衡型、中间型和极端型家庭所占比例分别为51%、29.4%和19.6%。缠结型和僵硬型家庭所占比例较高。家庭沟通主要问题体现在沟通时间、沟通方式、沟通内容和技巧等方面。因此,家庭教育指导应遵循普适性和针对性相结合的原则,采用家庭科普教育和分类、分阶段指导相结合的教育模式。

Family function is effectiveness of emotional bonds,family rules,family communications and coping with external affairs.The present situation of family function is balanced type,middle type and extreme type,with their percentage 51%,29.4% and 19.6% respectively.However,Tangible type and rigid type take up the higher percentage.Problems of family communication are mainly： the time,ways,contents and skills of communication,etc.Thus,guidance in family education should abide by the principle of being targeted and popular.The education mode of combining family education of popular science with classified and staged guidance should be adopted.
