摘要
以聚乙二醇单甲醚和丙烯酸为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,制备了聚乙二醇单甲醚丙烯酸酯,并通过红外、核磁对其结构进行表征和分析.经正交试验得最佳合成条件为:酸醇比为2.5,反应时间为7 h,反应温度为130℃,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.5%,阻聚剂用量为反应物总质量的0.5%,酯化率可达85.76%.
Polycarboxylate macromonomer polyethylene glycol monomerthy ether acrylate was synthesized with acrylic acid and polyethylene glycol,the inhibitor is hydroquinone,catalyst is p-toluenesulfonic acid,synthesized polycarboxylate macromonomer polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether acrylate.The product′s structure was characterized and analyzed by IR、NMR.The optimum conditions of synthesizing the monomer by orthogonal experiment were obtained as follows:the n(acid)/n(nalcohol) is 2.5,the reaction time is 7 h,the reaction temperature is 130 ℃,catalyst is 1.5% of the total mass of material1 and inhibitor the total mass of reactants 0.5%.The conversion of product reaches 85.76% under the optimum experiment condition.
