粉煤灰沸石对甲基橙的吸附研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用微波多段合成技术制备了Na-P1型粉煤灰沸石,并改性用于去除印染废水中的甲基橙。重点考察了pH值、沸石用量、甲基橙的浓度以及吸附时间对废水中甲基橙去除率的影响,探讨了沸石吸附甲基橙的机理。研究表明,将粉煤灰沸石用浓度为15g/L的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)活化6h,能够大大提高其吸附能力。在考察范围内,甲基橙去除率随pH值的下降,吸附时间的延长和沸石用量的增多而增加。吸附等温线拟合结果表明,去除甲基橙过程符合Langmuir吸附等温式。 The Na-P1-type zeolite was prepared from fly ash by the method of microwave multi-stage synthesis method and the modified Na-P1-type zeolite was used to remove methyl orange from waste water.The effect of pH value,amount of zeolite,adsorption time and concentration of methyl orange on the removal percentage of methyl orange was studied.The mechanism of the adsorption was also discussed.It was found that modified Na-P1-type zeolite with 15 g/L HDTMA solution activated for 6 h in turn could significantly enhance the adsorption capacity.Results also showed that the removal percentage of methyl orange increased with the decrease of pH value,increase of adsorption time and the amount of zeolite.The fit results of adsorption isotherm showed that the process of methyl orange removal was in accord with the Langmuir isotherm equation.
