示范重点专业建设改革与实践——以环境监测与治理技术专业为例

Reforms on Construction of Model Key Specialties and Some Practices: with Environmental Monitoring and Treatment as the Example

以环境监测与治理技术专业为例,通过示范重点专业建设,明确专业定位,构建"单元教学+岗位实训"的人才培养模式,建立工学结合、双证融合的课程体系;按照专业教学规范制定"人才培养方案"和"人才培养施工图"并组织教学;制定课程标准并改进原有的课程及教法,建设优质核心课程及精品课程;通过安排教师参加国内外培训,熟悉先进高职办学模式及职教经验,参加职业技能培训提高动手能力,获取相关专业职业资格证书及上岗证书等途径开展师资队伍建设;利用示范建设资金建设完善教学实验实训条件,同时提高社会服务能力。

Taking Environmental Monitoring and Treatment as an example,the paper proposed setting up a personnel training mode of ＂unit teaching ＋ post training＂ and establishing a course system of work-study combination and double certificate integration through model key specialties construction.The personnel training program and flowing chart should be worked out and organized according to the teaching norms.It is necessary to set curriculum standards and improve the original curriculums and teaching methods and develop high-quality core and selected curriculums.Through training at home and abroad,teachers will get familiar with advanced experience of vocational school system and vocational education,and through vocational skills training,they will improve their practical ability and gain related professional qualification certificates.By using the model construction funds,the school can improve its teaching facilities and enhance its ability to serve the society.
