高职高专校外实训基地的选择与分级建设——以昆明冶专物流专业群为例

选择建设好校外实训基地是培养高职高专应用型人才的关键因素,许多高职高专院校为了培养适合市场需要的应用型人才,大量精力投入到校外实训基地的建设上。以高职高专物流专业为例,提出提升高职高专学生的职业能力,不但要选择好校外实践教学基地,而且要对校外实践教学基地实行分级建设。

To choose a good off-school training base is a key element to train higher vocational talents.To train applied talents meeting the needs of the market,many colleges usually spend a lot to build off-school training bases.With Logistics in Kunming Metallurgy College,the paper put forward the idea that to enhance the students＇ professional capacity,it is significant not to choose a good off-school training base,but also to carry out hierarchical construction on it.
