国家示范建设院校加强师资队伍建设的思考——以昆明冶专为例

Reflections on Construction of Teaching Staff in National Model Higher Vocational Colleges: with Kunming Metallurgy College as the Example

师资队伍建设是国家示范院校建设的一项重要任务,以昆明冶金高等专科学校为例,从国家示范院校加强师资队伍建设应注重师德建设,强化教师职业技能和双师素质的培养,重视青年骨干教师、加大专业带头人的培养力度,进行海外培训,拓宽兼职教师来源渠道、优化"双师"结构师资队伍,积极开展职业技能培训,完善人事分配和激励机制,为师资队伍建设提供有力保障等多个方面论述了在师资队伍建设方面的实践与探索。

Construction of teaching staff is an important task for the construction of national model colleges.With Kunming Metallurgy College as the example,the paper discussed methods and practice of construction of teaching staff from such aspects as： laying emphasis on teachers＇ morality,vocational skills and double-qualification quality,on the training of young backbone teachers and academic teachers;carrying out overseas training and broadending the source of part-time teachers;implementing vocational skills training to optimize the structure of teachers with double qualification;improving the personnel allocation and incentives system to ensure a strong support to teaching staff construction.
