Exploration and Analysis of Double-quality Construction for Higher Vocational Teaching Staff: with Kunming Metallurgy College as an Example

论述了高职院校培养"双师"素质教师的必要性,阐述了"双师"素质内涵,从不同角度给出了"双师"标准,并通过对昆明冶专电气学院"双师"队伍建设成果的分析,剖析了高职"双师"队伍建设的途径和方法,提出了制度与管理在"双师"队伍建设中的地位与作用。

The paper put forward several standards of ＂double quality＂ after showing the necessity of cultivating ＂double-quality＂ teachers in higher vocational colleges and elaborating its connotation.With analysis of the results of the construction of double-quality teaching staff in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Kunming Metallurgy College,the paper anatomized methods to train ＂double-quality＂ teachers and discussed the role of system and management in its construction.
